Hannah's Chance Foundation

Hannah's Chance Foundation needed a website that would help encourage people to donate or help sufferers of sarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer that primarily affects young people between 12 and 25. The design needed to portray feelings of hope, inspiration, care and support. The site is easily updated as it is built on the open source Content Management System Drupal.
